I'm very happy with this purchase.The only con is that the little straps that keep the cushions from blowing away have broken off- but it's cool and was unexpected for them to be there in the forst place.My wife and I built a very large deck and needed a lot of furniture to fill the space. We wanted a large sectional that we could change around as needed and she wanted 2 chairs and 2 ottomans. We wanted brown rattan with light colored cushions to avoid fading since it will be in a lot of direct sunlight. I quickly realized that it was going to cost a few thousand dollars to meet our needs, so I started looking for companies that had 2 or 3 packages that would give us what we wanted. This is when I found Tuoze.We bought a 7 piece and 2 6 Pieces-A giving us 19 total pieces for pennies under $1500. What a bargain! The furniture was delivered quickly and packaged incredibly well. I was amazed at how well packaged it was. The furniture was very easy to put together. You will want to use a cordless drill with an allen wrench bit, just set the torque low to avoid stripping the bolts. I set mine to 14 and had no issues. It took me about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to unpack and put all 19 pieces together. This includes the time that it took me to shop vac the million pieces of tempered glass in our driveway when I accidentally dropped one of the tabletops. I was missing a couple of the leveling feet, so I contacted Tuoze. They are very accessible, very helpful and provide the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I will be a life long customer!We absolutely love this furniture. It is very comfortable, sturdy and looks great! It has rained a few times and the cushions dry out nicely. We have received so many compliments from everyone who has spent time on our deck. I would recommend this furniture to anyone.This is the most amazing thing I have ever bought online. I love it. It was a great investment. I bought it last fall and I was so sad when I had to cover it up for winter because it totally changed how I use my back porch. Get this set. The pieces will arrive at different times and you can put it together one section at a time. Be patient. You have all the parts. The service people are great if you need help. Easy to assemble. I fell asleep outside the second night I used it. This is amazingCouldn’t be happier. It’s transformed my outside patio into an oasisHonestly it was a little difficult some bolts were not working but we managed. It’s not a bad option and even though the warehouse sent the wrong part they made it right and send me what was missing. Good communication.
