We love our outdoor rocking chairs, very comfy and the cushions are thick when comparing with other chairs. You can take off the covers and wash it separately. Easy to assemble and the instructions are clear to follow. it's in our balcony day and night and covered in snow in winter, but chairs survived all those. After 2 years of use few wickers got broke and customer service responded straightaway to my messages and sent us free replacements within a week. I'm excited and I would recommend these chairs anyone. Good product and Great customer service. Please keep up the good work!It’s actually pretty nice and doesn’t feel super cheap. Goes together really quickly and easily. For the money I paid, I thought they might be poor quality, but it is really sturdy and supports me fine. The pillows aren’t super luxe but I find them more than sufficient. I was expecting to pick up some extra foam for the pillows at Hobby Lobby or something but I don’t think it’s necessary.Perfect size! Love itIt looks great without the discomfort of metals. So far they’ve been out in the Florida sun and been rained on and still looks new. The only knock I have is the bolt at the bottom that you can feel when you rock.I'm happy I got them so far. The only negative thing I would say is that I feel it he's a pillow for the back. But well worth the moneyI don't regret buying this.To be honest, it's not uncomfortable and, while it's low to the ground, I'm six ft 1 and it's fine for me. The padding is fairly comfortable and attractive, and it comes with this lumbar type pillow. It's not really necessary but you can just toss it if you don't need it. But you can't feel hard wicker through the cushion, and that's about what you need here. The table has a glass surface held on by cheap suction cups. That's an awful design and I don't know that it will last too long before that sheet of glass comes flying off or ends up broken. It does have this wicker tray below it so it's ok at best.My main complaint is the assembly process. It's not really that it's hard to do it, you will see once you have assembled the first chair that it's not hard at all. But building that first chair is an evil process due to how sloppy the instructions are. Those are awful and really can't be forgiven for how little effort they put into drawing them.But I have a few tips to save you some of the major hassles. Firstly, get the screws lined up. There are specific screws for certain holes but they don't tell you which is which. You can tell by the length in the instructions and putting them side by side which one is longest.When assembling that first chair don't follow the instructions as to how they show you how to put it all together. Assemble one full side then do the other and finally put the back panel on. Dont fully tighten the screws all the way until you are done.That will save you a whole lot of hassle. Take your time and you will be ok.We just added a roof to our front porch this summer in addition to carpeting to the cement. This was recommended by a friend. My husband states it was easy to assemble and very comfortable. Cushions are of good quality and can be wiped off easilyThey were easy to assemble, and are sturdy. Not big enough for a 6' 5" man. The backs are shorter than expected.
